    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for Oracle Cloud ERP positions and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support our growing client base.

    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Oracle Cloud ERP positions.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.

    Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for Oracle Cloud ERP roles.

    Interview Coordination and Evaluation:

    • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

    • Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary.
    • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

    Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in recruiting for Oracle Cloud ERP positions, preferably within the IT consulting sector.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP modules and functionalities.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

    Location

    This is a remote role with no expectation of travel. The expectation is to have a candidate based out of Canada.
