Description

The Facilities Technician looks after the maintenance and security of our facilities, including but not limited, infrastructure repairs, construction, and enforce security protocols.

The position will report into the Facilities Manager.

The individual will work closely with the cultivation and production teams to always ensure a smooth operation and uphold security protocols.

What you will be doing

Assist routine inspection of buildings and facilities to identify and fix all maintenance requirements.
Provide minor repairs and maintenance for all matters in our facilities (HVAC, lighting, electrical, irrigation and plumbing) to ensure good working conditions in accordance with all regulations and company policies.
Assist with facility sanitation and ensure a clean environment.
Respond to maintenance and emergency requests (may be after hours).
Support in the regular maintenance of the premises.
Coordinate with the thirdparty contractors and companies as required.

What you bring to the team

Knowledge of building infrastructure
Knowledge in first aid
Ability to handle and take corrective action on emergency situations as they occur.
Be able to crouch, bend, twist, kneel, walk and carry heavy objects with ease
Comfortable in climbing ladders
Good communication and sound judgement
No cannabis allergies
