This is an onsite role that sits at our Winnipeg, MB site.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manages the internal release of engineering data, reports and technical publications.
Maintains a design data record for each project to establish and maintain configuration control of engineering data.
Responsible for determining export and imports classifications and ensuring that data is appropriately marked in compliance with Global Trade requirements using import/export classification tools and software.
Receives customer requests for engineering data and technical publications, verifying those requests and arranging for data transfer to the customer using Managed File Transfer software and other tools, as required.
May also be required to arrange Managed File Transfers of data to suppliers or to government regulatory entities in order to support project execution.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
or **in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior relevant experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
