This is an onsite role that sits at our Winnipeg, MB site.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manages the internal release of engineering data, reports and technical publications.
  • Maintains a design data record for each project to establish and maintain configuration control of engineering data.
  • Responsible for determining export and imports classifications and ensuring that data is appropriately marked in compliance with Global Trade requirements using import/export classification tools and software.
  • Receives customer requests for engineering data and technical publications, verifying those requests and arranging for data transfer to the customer using Managed File Transfer software and other tools, as required.
  • May also be required to arrange Managed File Transfers of data to suppliers or to government regulatory entities in order to support project execution.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Needed:


  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
    or **in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior relevant experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
