We are looking for a talented Parts Support Advocate-Cummins Care (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Parts Advocate for our CORPORATE ORGANIZATION in Quebec Canada.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

  • Provide support to customers, including endusers, distributors, and/or dealers, seeking information through various mediums.
  • Document customer interactions information within Cummins.
  • Build a professional relationship with customers to increase loyalty in the Cummins products.
  • Resolve customer issues through a broad understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
  • Escalate more complex issues providing documentation through process.
  • Support quality improvements and response targets.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities.
  • Understands contact center policies and procedures.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following

Education, Licenses, Certifications
Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline is preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience

  • Minimal relevant work experience required.
  • Additional preferred qualifications, not necessary but are a big plus for this role
  • Bilingual (Written/Spoken)
  • Previous Parts experience within the industry
  • Experience working with multiple systems at once
