    Responsibilities
    Assist personnel in maintaining daily cash reconciliation and resolving cash reconciling items
    Identify processing exceptions that inhibit application efficiencies and recommend solutions
    Utilize available internal and external software and hardware tools to maximize productivity while maintaining transaction integrity
    Responsible for reconciliation and inter-company cash transfer reconciliations
    Bank Statement Review
    Audit/check and verify daily deposits entered, daily cash balancing
    Prepares activity and status reports and reconciles unapplied payments as appropriate
    Works with Collections, Financial Operations, and Accounts Receivables teams in researching unapplied cash amounts so that unapplied cash can be kept to a minimum
    Issue credit notes and process claim checks
    Ensure all payments are matched & allocated within agreed timelines
    Cheque management process start to finish
    Ensure that team objectives and KPI's are achieved

    Qualifications
    A minimum of three years' relevant experience, preferably in Credit and/or Collections role.
    Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives
    Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines
    Continuous process improvements for cash applications
    Experience with Netsuite an asset
    Intermediate level of experience with Excel is an asset
