Position Information:

Calling all Speech Language Pathologists


Temporary until approximately April 12, 2025.

Basic Requirements:


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent;
  • Certificate of Registration from CASLPO (or eligible for registration);
  • Two years clinical experience;
  • Experience with assessment and treatment of adult dysphagia and acquired communication disorders;
  • Ability to provide counseling to patients, families, and other health care professionals;
  • Superior judgment, initiative, and problem solving skills;
  • Superior interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting;
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Member of SAC;
  • Experience working in an adult acute care hospital;
  • Experience with the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI);
  • Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
