Description
The Estimator must ensure an accurate repair plan and estimated completion date is provided on each work order. The Estimator is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Estimator manages communication and contact with clients and insurance partners to ensure client satisfaction. The Estimator works closely with the CSR, and production team.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of collision repair experience in Auto body estimating.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
  • Ability to always work well under pressure and with people professionally.

Salary Range:
is based on experience and consists of a combination of base salary and on-track earning incentive.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
