Bold is looking for an experienced Account Executive with a positive, results-oriented approach to sales to drive ecommerce growth through selling the Bold Checkout Suite of products.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to communicate clearly across all platforms and work diligently to identify and convert sales opportunities.

Reporting to and working under the guidance of the Head of Sales, you will manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing.


What you'll do:


  • Offer a full suite of checkout products and services to midmarket and enterprise brands within the Bold ICP (ideal customer profile)
  • Reach and exceed individual sales revenue goals
  • Sustain a highlevel of outbound sales activity on all potential customers, and be accountable for certain levels of activity (activity/appointments set/pipeline generated) and sales goals
  • Use a consultative and solutionbased selling approach and manage a complex multitiered sales process dealing with decision makers and influencers at all levels
  • Using primarily online digital strategies, in addition to phone and inperson (events) outreach, you will cultivate prospect and client relationships
  • Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided by Bold
  • Work closely with both our technology and partner agency teams to source new business opportunities
  • Work in conjunction with Bold's internal partners/stakeholders in partnerships (tech/agency/payments), marketing, revenue operations, solutions consulting, product, and the Bold executive team to promote and generate sales opportunities
  • Effectively communicate with Clevel clients in marketing, technology, retail/ecommerce, and digital business functions
  • Effectively use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of all client and prospect interactions

What we're looking for:


  • A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold's mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code.
  • We're working hard because it's fun and the work matters.
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of prior sales experience with a proven track record
  • Prior experience selling six and seven figure deals in technology, ecommerce and/or SaaS is preferred
  • Experience across various ecommerce platforms including Magento, Oracle, Salesforce, commercetools, BigCommerce and other ecommerce/digital platforms
  • Understanding of headless checkout architecture and APIs is preferred
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized, efficient and calm under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Strong virtual presentation skills and executive presence
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with an attention to detailAn optimistic teamfirst attitude, professional maturity, and a deep competitive desire to be the best
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required
