The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various tasks related to shipping, receiving, picking and packing, loading and unloading trucks, as well as pipe cutting.

Core Responsibilities:

Process shipping and receiving orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Load and unload trucks, utilizing appropriate equipment and following established procedures to prevent damage to goods.
Perform pipe cutting using specialized tools and equipment, ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements.
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and participating in periodic inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a clean working environment.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
Assist customers when required.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse.
Assist in the resolution of any shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies, communicating with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Hardware/

Equipment Experience:
Experience using manual material handling equipment is an asset (e.g., hand trucks/pump trucks/dollies)

Skills and Abilities:
Experience with plumbing parts and materials is an asset
Able to be highly efficient and to pay attention to detail
Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety regulations.
