Description
Front Desk or Reservations experience an asset- Team player
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, and weekends
- Ability to offer an outstanding level of customer service and recommend additional activities and upgrades.
- Strong oral/written communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Outgoing, strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fastpaced environment
- Strong computer background in Microsoft Office
- Taking the initiative and drive to meet sales budgeted figures along with the ability to anticipate guest needs
