Description

Full-time Lot Attendant required. Generally Monday - Friday schedule, with Saturday availability.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Move vehicles between lots and buildings.
Start and refuel vehicles; boost batteries as needed.
Salt/sand, shovel and sweep lots, walkways, doorways regularly as necessary to ensure safe access to building entrances and vehicles.
Clear vehicles (ie remove snow, ice, debris).
Wash vehicle interiors/exteriors.
Housekeeping, clean and disinfect vehicles and any facility areas as instructed.
May be required to do deliveries, pickups.
Other related shophelp duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed and assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Valid MB 5I or 5F driver's license with safe driving record (MPI abstract req'd).
Must be physically able to perform a combination of standing, walking, crouching, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) readily throughout full shifts
Selfmotivated and able to work independently with a positive focus and attitude

Reliable, punctual

Ability to operate both automatic and standard vehicles, an asset.
