What you'll do:


  • Assist with promoting and monitoring sustainable transportation options for TD Place and Lansdowne;
  • Work with internal and external stake holders to provide timely and appropriate transportation options for events including shuttle logistics quantity, timing, and routes;
  • Ensure comprehensive and consistent transportation planning and messaging for all events at TD Place and Lansdowne;
  • Investigate traffic issues and recommend methods to improve traffic flow and safety;
  • Assist with onsite parking garage reviews including enhancements and safety concerns;
  • Coordinate and track staff parking assignments for events;
  • Obtain and coordinate event permits when required for road use;
  • Act as the event transportation point of contact when assigned through rotation;
  • Complete event day site preparations and checks;
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and traffic safety team performance reviews;
  • Correspond with parttime event staff on payroll, scheduling, and general inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned.

What's needed:


  • Completion of High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience leading part time staff;
  • 12 years of experience in customer service environment;
  • Experience working in an office environment;
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail ;
  • Demonstrate qualities in problem solving, flexibility and ability to work well with and coordinate the work of others;
  • Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Able to work well under pressure, maintain a strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays (based on event calendar);
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, able to walk long distances and climb stairs;
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
