Position Summary
Our Warehouse & Assembly team is a critical part of our operations here at Stealth Monitoring.

They build and assemble our unique technology products, assist in burning them in, refurbish equipment that is returned from the field and generally ensure that all of the equipment is in top condition.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries and process packing slips in the system on time, then place products on appropriate racks.
  • Complete order picking to ensure that jobs and parts order requests may be fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and complete appropriate documentation
  • Receive all returned equipment from staff and update the system appropriately.
  • Unpacking and inspecting received goods for damage and count and coordinating missing/damaged parts with Purchasing for return accordingly.
  • Preparing orders for shipment, preparing skids and affixing proper identifying information based on shipping instructions and location, and providing information back to field operations.
  • Arranging carriers for customer shipments and coordinating for customer pickups, as necessary.
  • Verifying packing slips to purchase orders.
  • Complete inventory transaction in NetSuite
  • Assist warehousing staff in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse that complies with all EH&S

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory counts/cycle counts
  • NetSuite experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge on operating a pallet jack (Standard and Electric),scissor lift, and forklift (Standing and Sitting)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Selfmotivated
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work some weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers; can effectively translate business needs to technology requirements.
