Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff
  • Train, supervise, and support front of house team members
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak and offpeak hours, particularly focusing on busy brunch times
  • Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the café.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Oversee the barista team to ensure highquality coffee and beverage preparation.
  • Train baristas on new recipes, techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm
  • Flexibility to work holidays

Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
