Job Description:


Particularly, this role is responsible for the analysis and trend identification of recurring issues and participates in the creation, maintenance and support of ITS Knowledge Base articles and support documentation.

The incumbent is a case resolution specialist and owns the lifecycle of a received case to Information Technology Services from creation to resolution.


  • Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two (2) year diploma Computer Systems Technician or equivalent;-
  • Minimum two (2) years experience as a technical client service representative; including one (1) year of concurrent experience as a computer technician and client facing front-line client service supporting IT services and technology
  • Anticipated Weekly Schedule:
  • Monday-Wednesday eight (8) hours per day
  • This position is paid at Payband G Comparator
  • Vacancy is for P2113
