Please note that this role will require you to work in-office where applicable and between the hours of operation of 9 :00AM to 5 :00PM A ST, depending on incubation structure and schedule.
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition with all recruitment related activities
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Consultants and Training Consultants to co-lead in-class activities, provide feedback, and manage performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives
Continuously evaluate and improve the employee experience based on feedback and data.
P roven time management, efficiency, and organizational skills.
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset. Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the Atlantic provinces.
