Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

About the role

You will be responsible for implementing Movember's strategic data vision to "Unify our data and make it impactful and accessible" in our USA and Canadian markets as we evolve into a more data and insights led organisation.

This role is a new global representative position to be the local markets business partner, supporting and advising on best practices for analytics, data governance and privacy, test and learning, model building and conducting data analysis to provide actionable insights to help embed and adopt a data-led approach to health impact marketing campaigns and our main annual fundraising activities.

This broad end-to-end full time role covers many facets of data and analytics and internal business partnering.

The role will be supported by a Melbourne, Australia-based head office and global data and insights team comprising Data Scientists, Engineers, analysts and visualisation resources.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and either our Toronto or Santa Monica office.

You'll have the opportunity to

Be the local market business partner and trusted expert for all things data, analytics, reporting, and insights
Educate local stakeholders to become more dataled
Be the voice of data and data privacy educating Movember on the responsibility we have around Data Governance processes.
Automate and design tracking processes and data capture functions, automating data flow into a centralised and existing data lake/platform.
Develop, articulate and present actionable insights through data, models, dashboards, and key customer journeys to help empower stakeholders to make data

- choices.

For this role, you'll need

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis
Proven business partner or similar experience flexing your relationship management skills
Snowflake (though any SQL languages are transferable)

Web analytics

BigQuery, Google Analytics, web behavioural analytics
AWS (Lambda Functions, some other AWS things we use)
Python or R (Python preferable) (some sort of statistical software would be needed)
Git
Tableau (PowerBI OK, but prefer Tableau)
PowerPoint (yeah, sorry had to mention it)

Bonus points for

Marketing, especially digital marketing evaluation, Media Mix Modelling and Attribution Modelling is a plus
Comfortable working in a matrix style organisation
