What you will do.

The Associate Account Manager will assist the Sales department on internal and external deliverables to achieve volume, profit and growth sales targets.

This role collaborates cross-functionally with different departments and assist with pulling data for account management through retail/customer portals.

They will have the opportunity to manage sales inquiries and maximize the output of the sales team as the business continues to grow.

The role in more details.

  • Manage small format account for select customers
  • Responsible for performing all tasks necessary to maximize sales team time, efficiency, and performance; prepare documentation and resources to support decision making
  • Manage general sales inbox and addressing sales inquiries and set up of new customers
  • Provide support and coordinator for Sales team presentations and general meeting support
  • Organize and maintain accurate files, records, and documentation for easy and quick retrieval
  • Collect and manage various reports used by management and sales through retail/customer portals
  • Liaise with client and internal staff, as required, during campaign execution
  • Manage and coordinate all trade show events PUR participates with
  • Work with account manager to complete customer forms
  • Undertakes additional tasks and special projects as required
What you have to do to get here.

  • Undergraduate Business/Marketing degree, diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in a sales support capacity preferably in consumerpackaged goods
  • Brilliant communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills with an assertive, proactive and analytical approach
