eurOptimum is looking for an organized and efficient Project Manager to join our Retail team. This position requires someone who is detailed-oriented, resourceful, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a creative individual who has the ability to think outside the box and bring inspiring ideas to life.
This role is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office; however, in the first few months the Sales Rep/Project Manager will find themselves spending more time in the office where they will learn the most and receive hands-on training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute fullcycle project management including assisting with design, manufacturing details and specifications, installation planning and coordination, and after sales service;
- Assists the department with quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications, and related documents; and identifying labor, material, and time requirements;
- Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ensure customer service standards are maintained and client's needs are satisfied;
- Build and foster relationships with suppliers as required;
- Develop strong, longterm strategic relationships with clients;
- Develop knowledge of current industry practices, use of materials, and competition;
- Source new suppliers and installers as required;
- Assist in maintaining an efficient, and streamlined department;
- Update current processes and put practices into place;
- Coordinate all phases of multiple projects;
- Maintain and update project documentation as required;
- Perform additional duties and functions as delegated by department management.
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a Project Management function;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
- Strong practical knowledge, including an understanding of technical drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes, and various materials;
- Must be proactive, communicative, and able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Detailoriented, solutionsoriented, and a fast learner;
- Possess a natural knack for solving problems;
- Ability to maintain good communication with team members, clients, and vendors;
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative;
- A team player who is selfmotivated, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle many tasks simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and courtesy;
- Proficient knowledge with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite;
- Flexible attitude, ability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure.
