The incumbent supports an Investment Advisor or team of Investment Advisors by effectively providing professional client service and sound administrative management of client accounts in accordance with firm policies and procedures and securities industry regulatory standards.

This position processes client inquiries and performs a variety of operational support responsibilities specific to the Advisor's/team's activities, including executing trades on behalf of clients under the direction of the Investment Advisor(s).

Qualifications:

General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of one years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Successful completion of a securities trading course and a Standards of Conduct Manual course or a commitment to complete them within one year of hire- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a Windows environment
