    As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing clear and detailed visual
    Design and maintain accurate, up-to-date custom maps and informational graphics for

    • Manage and organize a comprehensive filing system for all design assets and project files to ensure efficient retrieval and version control.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, leasing, and other departments to establish design requirements and integrate advertising components.
    • Adhere to brand guidelines and design standards while pushing creative boundaries.
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field.

    • 4-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant focus on information graphics and map design.
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and comfortable with CAD tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a digital asset library and maintain organized file structures for complex projects.
    • Skilled at translating complex, informational content into user-friendly graphic representations.
