Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, you will act as a company ambassador and liaison between our valuable customers and internal departments, in a fast-paced, team environment.
Assisting team members with related duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required or assignedSupport and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.s quality standards
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred
excellent telephone manner is essential
Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must
Dependable with ability to work flexible hours (office open to 7 pm), including being available to work weekends & stat holidays as required
