Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.

As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties:

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites
Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating hand and power tools
Assist with the installation of building materials such as drywall, masonry, and concrete
Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction
Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures
Perform general maintenance and repairs on construction equipment
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
Familiarity with construction painting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, concrete finishing, welding, restoration, schematics, drywall, masonry, and plumbing is a plus
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Pay:
$20.00-$27.07 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
