Responsibilities:


Receives product into inventory, including unpacking and verifying contents against appropriate documents; ensures product is accurately received into the computer tracking system.

Reports any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.

Prepares product orders; picks and packages product for shipment for customers or branch locations across the province.

Ensures product is shipped in accordance with organizational best practices and customer requirements.

Arranges transport/pick-up and assist in loading and unloading of product.

Responds on a priority basis to any rush/urgent customer demands or sales department request.

Assists in maintaining safe working conditions and keeping stock rooms and related areas clean and free of debris.

May be asked to make deliveries within city of Regina.

Assists in physical counting of inventory on regular basis.


Qualifications:


  • Grade 12 education (or equivalent) is required and must be bondable.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and OneDrive.
