In a dynamic environment requiring a high degree of autonomy, you will support the various Cirque du Soleil Group business units in their purchasing needs of all kinds.


Responsibilities:


  • Support and advise internal customers in the development of procurement strategies and market analyses to optimize potential purchasing levers;
  • Manage and coordinate procurement projects of various sizes: Requests for Interest (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP) in line with Cirque du Soleil Group's business and operational priorities;
  • Lead the bidding process from request for proposal to supplier selection, negotiation and contract award;
  • Prepare and validate all documents related to the bidding process (NDA, templates, evaluation grid, comparative analysis, recommendation, etc.);
  • Carry out quantitative and qualitative analyses of bids in relation to selection criteria predefined with the business units;
  • Management of more sensitive files, such as the implementation of digital catalogs, longterm contracts, strategic purchases that are crossfunctional or expensive, or with high recurrence and volume;
  • Contribute to the review of agreements and ensure that they include all the various elements negotiated independently or with the support of designated experts (corporate taxation, insurance and risk, legal affairs).
  • Measure and document savings and performance indicators;
  • Ensure proper implementation of and compliance with the Appro policy in place at Head Office (exception procedure, signature and approval process, etc.).


To sum up, your main objectives will be to help the department achieve maximum savings, obtain maximum value from new agreements, support internal customers in their requests, and support the Corporate Procurement Manager in KPI analyses and the implementation of new processes to help the team.


You possess the following professional and technical skills:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, Finance or other relevant degree;
  • A minimum of three years' relevant experience in the procurement field, including at least one year's experience in tender management;
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications and business requirements;
  • Outstanding professional ethics;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, and to influence and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • A high degree of autonomy;
  • Fluency in French and English and strong communication skills.
