Description

We are looking for an experienced
Installation Coordinator for our client located in
Bolton, ON. They are into the business of Water softening equipment supplier.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and plan installations based on client requirements and project specifications.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to installation teams or technicians.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate with project managers, team leaders, and technicians to optimize project efficiency.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that installations meet company standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections and quality checks as necessary to uphold quality standards.
Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for installations.
Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during installations, working proactively to find solutions.
Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed by installation teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Review all new orders, check inventory for materials, arrange Contractor (ISP) for installation.
Maintain all Contractors (ISP's) schedules throughout the GTA.
Coordinate entire process with customer including payment.
Receive Service Requests and arrange repairs accordingly.

Requirements:

Excellent English Skills, written and spoken.
Car and License are needed to ensure required Attendance and Punctuality.
Maintain Installation and Service Reports in Excel Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.
Requires Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills.
