Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining existing client relationships
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Utilize Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling our products and services
- Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating client deliverables and timelines
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Proficient in using SaaS platforms and CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
$50,000.00-$64,429.37 per year
