Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Utilize Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling our products and services
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating client deliverables and timelines

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Proficient in using SaaS platforms and CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

$50,000.00-$64,429.37 per year
