Your key responsibilities will be

Stocking and organizing parts in warehouse:


  • Conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring stock is at correct levels:

Sourcing and ordering maintenance and repair parts:


  • Handling any external parts in addition to shipping/receiving:
-
Staging parts for service technicians:


  • Shipping, receiving and inventory transfers:
-
Managing inventory and stock movements in ERP system

Requirements:

The Parts Coordinator should possess a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and strong organizational abilities:

  • Technical knowledge
  • ideally, automotive or heavy equipment
  • Attention to detail accurately identify parts and ensure that orders are filled correctly.
  • Communication skills must be able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other team members, both in person and in writing.


  • Customer service

  • Contact with vendors and internal departments.
  • Organizational skills highly organized, with the ability to manage inventory, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Problem solving skills able to quickly identify and address issues related to parts and inventory management.
  • Time management able to manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
