As the Robotic Process Automation Specialist (RPA) you will lead initiatives to analyze and develop automation solutions to complex business problems.

You will be responsible for assessing, modelling, testing, implementing and supporting intelligent automation of processes using RPA tools. You will ensure appropriate design and governance over process automation across all areas of the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and submit a business case analysis when proposing process improvement to RPA tools and associated systems to reduce costs or improve capabilities
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives to meet the needs and changing mission of the environment
  • Develop and configure RPA process components, including process flows, control logic, environment configuration, exception handling and integrations with various systems. Maintain a repository of reusable templates and workflows
  • Develop and maintain code required to extend the capabilities of the RPA platform, e.g. adding extension functions using ASP.NET REST APIs
  • Collect, analyze, train and refine AI modelling tools, including developing models for categorization of data, form processing, and entity extraction
  • Design and build test cases, plans and strategies for automation use cases that are onboarded into the RPA platform
  • Collaborate with software development team and product owner to understand requirements and develop/manage automation scenarios for new development projects

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related IT discipline
  • Five seven years of experience in the IT industry, including;
  • Progressive experience in systems analysis, design, and programming
  • Experience maintaining web services
  • Experience developing on the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent and Power BI
  • Latest Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certificate or willingness to complete within twelve months
  • Working knowledge of project management practice and principles
  • Working knowledge of business analysis tasks, activities, techniques, and requirements gathering processes
  • Working knowledge of ITIL environment using tools such as Remedy
  • Ability to create a prototype and Design Specifications based on System Use Cases, User Stories, Business Use Cases, and/or Requirements Documents
  • Ability to create System Use Cases or Analysis Documents based on Business Requirements
