Description

Duties:


  • Collection of supporting documents from debt clients as well as completing assessment forms with them once signed up.
  • Managing automatic payments and issuing sales receipts
  • Maintain relationships and contact with trustees regarding our clients
  • Following up with clients over the phone, as well as being available for any questions
  • Maintaining professional communication politeness, empathy and patience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent
  • Two or more years of administrative experience
  • Excellent written/verbal/electronic communication skills
  • Proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Highly organized and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Exemplary written and oral communication in English
  • Attention to detail

Salary:
$20.00 per hour
