    About the Program

    Coordinate and manage AV requirements for Jamati and external events at Ismaili Centre Toronto, and Jamatkhana operations for Evening and Morning ceremonies at Toronto Headquarters JamatKhana.

    About the Role

    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with event planning team to ensure event AV requirements are met
  • Work with event organizers to plan and ensure AV requirements are fulfilled
  • Repair and maintenance of AV Systems at Ismaili Centre Toronto
  • Inventory management
  • Manpower scheduling (Event and JK operations)
  • HR management (Event and JK operations)
  • Plan, manage & execute Jamati and external events including video showings in JK
  • Arrange and procure rental equipment as required for events
  • Event may be daytime and/or evenings, and on weekdays or weekends.

    • About You

    Skills and Competencies:
  • Knowledge of DSP based Audio and Video Systems
  • Able to manage / program Digital Audio software
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints
  • Familiarity with audio mixing and AV set up for events including weddings, concerts, conferences, and meetings.
