to coordinate the request for proposal (RFX) process, generate quotations for all modalities of Siemens Healthcare, lead projects with work teams and ensure deadlines are always met.**

As a
Bilingual Contract Specialist
you will be responsible for:


  • Coordinating the entire RFx and contract lifecycle process from initial intake to final submission and contract award and ensure deadlines are met
  • Responsible for sourcing bid opportunities on various bid websites.
  • Review of contractual terms and conditions, risk identification and coordinating all the activities between the customer and internal team to finalize and sign the contract
  • Work and collaborate with cross functional teams, sales, marketing, finance and legal
  • Participate and implement process and system improvement initiatives
  • Produce quotations and proposals in French and English
  • Validate and execute contract transactions
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal and external customers by using Service Force, generate Service Renewals for Lab Diagnostics and Point of Care instruments.
  • Monitor and ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to
  • Update contract information in SharePoint databases
  • Maintain close communication with field employees
  • Ensure policies and procedures and signature guidelines on agreements are adhered to

  • University or college degree with relevant experience
  • RFx project management experience
  • Fluent French and English oral and written
  • Contracts administration experience with good understanding of terms and conditions
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented
