Job summary
The Beaumont Sport & Recreation Centre (BSRC) is looking for Guest Services Representative's (GSR) to continually amplify the front reception experience.This position could be a great fit if you have exceptional customer service skills and a knack for problem solving.
You will interact with facility patrons in a friendly, fast, courteous, and efficient manner and perform multiple tasks at the same time; be able to engage the customer in front of you and handle inbound calls,
- Interacting with facility patrons in a friendly, fast, courteous
- Course overrides and booking cancellations
- Assist with accounting reporting software maintenance upgrades
