We are looking to welcome a process-driven, tech-savvy
People Operations Systems Administrator to join our People Operations team.

Reporting into the Manager, People Operations Systems, you will be responsible for high value data integrity of HR systems for employees across Canada, U.S, Ireland and UK.

You will work with our HR Systems Analyst, Total Rewards and Payroll teams to maintain corporate records that enable evidence-based talent decisions that support a positive employee experience.


What You Will Do:


  • Own the integrity and accuracy of information entered into our HRIS by running queries, reports and analyzing data.
  • Ensure information on employee changes shared with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Respond to information requests by generating reports in HRIS Pro BI.
  • Maintain and update HRIS communication and documentation.
  • Implement new and updated HRIS processes, systems and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with payroll for employee processing.
  • Partner with the People Operations Field Team to ensure timely and accurate employee records.
  • Track HR correspondence and follow up on outstanding documentation (e.g., status change letters, offers, performance reviews, leave forms, education approval forms, privacy, etc.).
  • Maintain employee files and organizational charts.

What You Have:


  • Completed postsecondary education in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Prior administration experience.
  • Intermediate Excel capabilities (vlookups, formula and pivot tables).
  • Proven ability using workflows to process transactions in an integrated and automated HR, Benefits and Payroll system.
  • Demonstrable experience providing hightouch guidance to team members on completing employee changes (new hires, job changes, exits).
  • Experience with UKG is an asset.
