    Daher suchen wir Senior Digital Transformation Consultant im Banking und Capital Markets Team.

    Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Verbinde Business Consultancy mit Technologieberatung - Bekomme Einblick in die Geschäftsmodelle unserer Banking und Capital Markets Kunden in Europa und erarbeite in agilen internationalen Beratungsteams neue Digital- und IT-Strategien
  • Optimiere die produktzentrierten E2E-Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse unserer Kunden und implementiere diese mit den neuesten Tools und agilen Methoden
  • Berate unsere internationalen Kunden bei der Umsetzung von agilen Transformationen in der Organisation, den Prozessen, der Anwendungsentwicklung und dem Betrieb
  • Erarbeite und implementiere Ansätze zur Umsetzung der Data Driven Bank
  • Nutze den Technology Thought Leadership eines global agierenden US Beraters zur Modernisierung der Anwendungsentwicklung und des IT Betriebes in einem Cloud affinen Umfeld
  • Bringe dich in die Akquise von Neukunden ein und trage zu der laufenden Entwicklung von neuen innovativen DXC Angeboten bei

    • Was suchen wir?

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit für eine Unternehmensberatung, einem Finanzinstitut oder einem Digital Innovation Lab
  • Kenntnisse über die globale Bankenlandschaft und deren innovative Geschäftsmodelle, aber auch über deren Herausforderungen
  • Erfahrung in Digitalisierungsstrategien, Transformationsvorhaben bis hin zur organisatorischen Veränderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbarer Ausbildung
  • Breites Interesse an Agilität, Digitalisierung, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, IT Frameworks und IT Service Management
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, analytisches Denken, hoher Arbeitsansatz und rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Eigenständigkeit und Selbstverantwortung
