Qualifications:
Essential qualifications:
- Postsecondary diploma or certificate in library technology. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of a library management system (LMS).
- Experience with the cataloguing and circulation of resources.
- Experience in library reference services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and establish strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Desired qualifications:
- Knowledge of Manitoba's Frenchlanguage education system.
