This is an inoffice position, Monday
Friday.
The salary offer will be tailored to your qualifications and demonstrated skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bilingual in English and French (advanced proficiency level)
12 years experience in project admin/coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on attention to detail
Ability to work in office, Monday
Friday
Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation (no bus route to our location)
Police check and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance with the Government of Canada
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
Motivated selfstarter
Problemsolver

Tech Savvy
Microsoft Project
Working on construction projects
Working with Engineers
Understanding and reading architectural drawings
Ability and want to gain technical knowledge
Project coordination experience
Procurement
Shipping/receiving
