Webmaster

Webmasters publish content on CRA's intranet and on CRA's public web presence on This includes creating, designing, and updating web pages, and managing the associated files.

Their work environment is fast paced, production and quality oriented.

They work collaboratively with internal clients, stakeholders, and internal teams who support web accessibility, design, web analytics, web publishing tools, information architecture, and user experience (UX).

Webmasters work in virtual/distributed teams and their work supports service to Canadians and CRA employees.

Experience

Have experience* in:

Creating, updating, and formatting webpages through reading and writing accessible and valid HyperText Markup Language (HTML)
Providing client services verbally and/or in writing in order to deliver time sensitive service
Managing a workload that had daily or weekly deadlines.
Experience is normally associated with the performance of these functions (Courses, certifications, education, programs, professional work, freelancing portfolios) accomplished for a period of 6 cumulative months in the last 3 years.

Experience* in using generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)
