    Working Business Language :
    Bilingual in French and English (This role requires regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders across Canada. As such, the successful candidate must be fully proficient in French and English.)

    In addition to salary, full-time and part-time permanent employees are eligible for an annual bonus plan, leave of absence top-up programs and provided with generous vacation time, personal days, premium free benefits and pension plan.


    The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity and the knowledge, skills, experience and anticipated proficiency in the role.

    This role requires you to be physically onsite in a Wawanesa office.

    Senior Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Supervisor, Office Services, providing reception and administrative support for the Department.
    Provides administrative support ensuring alignment of Fleet Policy requirements
    Performs office functions such as: maintain office supplies, ordering of business cards, general report generation, and handling office inquiries
    Provides staff of the department additional coordination and administration on large projects as requested
    Maintains daily visitor log, assigns access cards or keys to vendors / contractors
    3-5 years of professional administrative experience
    Proficiency in English & French (written and verbal) required
    Advanced MS Office skills, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
