Proven leader with experience in loan syndication needed

Establish the loan syndications team with a strategic goal of expanding market presence and expertise while driving business growth and executing on FCC's mandate.

What you'll do:

Own and advance FCC's syndicate strategy and process, ensuring strong collaboration with internal partners
Grow FCC's reputation in the syndicate financing space with other financial institutions
Develop the longterm operational structure for syndicated lending administration
Closely monitor syndicated loan portfolio and complete periodic loan reviews, internal credit reviews and/or identify early warning indicators for any stress in loan portfolio

Strong communicator who can explain complex information and share knowledge to diverse audiences

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of loan syndication experience, particularly the administrative side (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Capital markets and investment experience is an asset
