Job Position:
Project Manager ERP System Implementation (FT)


Responsibilities include:


  • Establish an internal implementation project charter, schedule and budget.
  • Monitor and maintain the project schedule and budget.
  • Report on project progress to Executive Management.
  • Lead the internal project team, coordinate meetings, and ensure followup of actions.
  • Support department managers and work with various departments to modify and optimize internal processes as required.
  • Maintain an issues log, monitor issues, and oversee their resolution.
  • Evaluate and propose changes to the ERP system requirements to fulfill the organizational needs.
  • Ensure project related documentation is created and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on potential implementation risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project.
  • Facilitate system acceptance testing, end user training, and go live activities together with our partner's project team.
  • Promote change management practices across Greenlight to ensure user acceptance of the new system.
  • Support the development, coaching and training of departmental superusers.
  • Establish KPI's for monitoring the project's medium and longterm benefits.

Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional Experience in Information Technology, Management, Finance or Project Management (PMP accreditation an asset).
  • Previous ERP implementation experience is mandatory (preferably SAP).
  • Proven communication and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Projects required.
