    Description
    Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.

    We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary 12-month term from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

    Responsibilities include:
    • 3-way invoice matching.
    • Invoice coding and entry.
    • Corporate credit card reconciliation.
    • Vendor statement and account reconciliation.
    • Scheduled cheque/EFT payments and ad-hoc requests.
    • Handling vendor inquiries.
    • Filing and other tasks as required other tasks as required.

    Skills and Experience:
    • Accounting foundation courses/knowledge base.
    • Must have 3-5 years accounts payable experience.
    • Experience with Sage 300 and SAP preferred.
    • Strong computer skills including Excel.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

    Wages: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
