We are looking for a Human Resources Clerk - Co-op at our Walker Head Office location.

The successful applicant will:

Assist with the maintenance of both computerized and manual filing systems;
Assist with updates to and posting on intranet of corporate human resources policies;
Provide assistance with enrolments and updates to group benefits programs;
Assist with various department needs as required;
Be enrolled in a Business Administration (Human Resources) coop program.
Have exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
Work well independently, take initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
Have superior organizational and time management skills.
Be available to work 40 hours per week from April 29 to August 30, 2024;
Minimal travel between workplaces will be required as such applicants must have access to own vehicle; French would be an asset

Experience with Excel, Word and Oracle would be a definite asset.
