    Responsibilities
    A typical day as our Talent Acquisition and Integration Specialist in Brossard, Montreal:

    • Post writing on various social networks
    • Strategic recruitment via social networks, internal software, referencing and partners
    • Participate in welcoming and accompanying foreign workers in their job search
    • Create links and partnerships with organizations, communities and agencies
    • Conduct job interviews
    • Match talent with employers
    • Conduct plant visits to employers with whom you collaborate
    • Increase market share through existing companies and clients by submitting profiles that match their needs.
    • Offer tailored solutions to employers and talent to ensure successful integration
    • Meet monthly and quarterly targets
    • Collaborate with various Randstad teams and divisions
    Qualifications

    Personality and profile :

    • Fluent English and French required
    • Knowledge of a 3rd language an asset: Spanish, Arabic, Ukrainian...
