Event Marketing Pro Needed — Help Me Actually Fill Events

Job summary
I'm looking for someone who knows how to create events that people actually show up to.Not just set up an Eventbrite page.
Not just "promote" an event.
I need someone who understands how to generate interest, momentum, and attendance.
This is for professional, in-person events (business / leadership / real estate–adjacent audience).
I already have the concept and audience — what I need is help turning that into real registrations and people in the room.
