About you as the Business Development Specialist / Manager

  • You are a B2B Sales Professional who truly enjoys hunting and closing new business
  • You take pride in being accomplished at building relationships with clients at all levels
  • You have a keen ability to get to the root of a client's business needs to consult on a solution
  • You advocate for the client at DedON to help drive innovation and customer success
  • You collaborate well with cross functional teams
  • Your competitive nature drives you to regularly meet, and exceed sales targets
  • You embody the DedON Core Values and are regarded as key member of our growing team

What you bring to the team

  • A College or University degree/diploma is valued but not imperative
  • Experience in retail, retail fixtures, architecture and design, hospitality, service industries.
  • Understanding of As-Built Drawings and Retail Store Planning is an asset.
  • Experience and success in B2B Sales, primarily in a Hunter role
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Strong Negotiation skills with a positive and professional attitude under pressure
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Creative, energetic, outgoing, and passionate about people
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn and grow

Salary:
$85,000.00 per year
