    What you'll do:

    • Ensure the effective functioning, upkeep, and appearance of the Residence's common areas and Residents' suites
    • Manage a team consisting of an Environmental Services assistant and housekeepers
    • Completes all inspections, drills, and other tasks related to safety and emergency preparedness
    • Perform minor repairs, and manage cost-effective contracts for other maintenance tasks
    • Coordinate requirements for move-out inspections with other departments
    • Select and/or recommend maintenance equipment

    What you bring:

    • Minimum three years' experience as a maintenance person
    • High School diploma or equivalent required, and a diploma in Healthcare Environmental Services Management is an asset
    • Skills in light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and equipment maintenance
