Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry
- Indepth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Familiarity with construction management software for tracking incidents, inspections, and training records
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on safety protocols
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
