Heritage Christian Online School (HCOS) is a K-12 Online School providing fully accredited Christian education to students in BC. At HCOS, we are focused on growing in academics as we grow in relationship with Jesus.

Within the Inclusive Education division, our goal is to provide supportive and flexible Christ-centred programming for students with diverse needs learning from home.

Heritage Christian Online School has need for part-time self-employed independent contractors to support students in
Chilliwack, BC for
15 -20 hrs/week .

Specific training for working with students with diverse abilities, such as an Education Assistant certificate (or equivalent), is required.
- have a strong background in Inclusive Education.
- problem solve creatively & be self directed
- enjoy art & science
- understanding of ASD
- understand the need to be flexible and adaptable.
- have a desire to learn and grow in knowledge of Inclusive Education.
- have strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to work with a broader student support team
- be technologically proficient
- be able to work well independently within a scaffolded environment
- have a valid Class 5 driver's licence

$26.52-$31.52 per hour
