Job/Position Overview
A curious and authoritative marketer, owning the strategy and execution that drives increased activation, engagement, and ultimately, lifetime value.


Key Qualifications:

Knowledge/Education/Experience

  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Good business acumen and an ability to keep focused on achieving KPIs.
  • Understanding of key musical concepts.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/customer experience.
  • Experience creating multichannel drip campaigns.
  • Experience and proven ability in copywriting and split testing.
  • Experience in drumming or a drummer.

Key Duties:


You will
support the marketing team with:


  • Planning and managing cross-channel communications including research, strategy, execution, reporting, and ongoing iteration.
  • Identifying key opportunities to improve the user experience, and eloquently outlining your recommendations to create buyin across the organization.

You will be
primarily tasked to:


  • Drive key projects from concept to launch, including working cross-organizationally, ensuring timelines, budgets and commitments are met, while providing exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Ongoing accurate, errorfree, and timely communication.
  • Create a campaign tracking plan and tools to evaluate results, identify bestperforming marketing activities, refine the plan, and implement improvements.
  • Leverage A/B experimentation to manage performance, drive channel and campaign optimization, and identify key drivers of trends in customer behaviour.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the VP, Student Experience
  • No direct reports, there is the potential for future management opportunities

Job Details
- $60,000-$75,000, annually

  • Onsite/Hybrid, needs to be able to come in onsite on a weekly basis at least for the first 3 months
  • Fulltime
